> How come your stocks are limited?
We like breathing life into prints we love, even if a particular print or fabric can only make a few pieces. Since our process involves sourcing fabrics** first before designing, we can only create extremely limited quantities per design.
This all stems from our love of the vintage shopping experience - the exhilarating feeling upon finding a one-of-a-kind piece that has gone through years worth of stories, the bittersweet "Oh well, maybe next time." sigh when nothing strikes your fancy, and of course, the constant, hopeful cycle. The chances of someone else owning the exact same vintage item as you is extremely low. This adds an extra layer of excitement to the adventure.
Once sold out, there's a big chance we won't be restocking them anymore. So if you love a particular print or color, we suggest checking out immediately. If ever we do restock, we'll let you know through our social media channels.
**Our fabrics mostly come from Japan and Korea, with some exceptions from India and China. All products are ethically made in the Philippines, with the most ideal working conditions and minimal waste.
> What are your payment methods?
Bank deposit, Paypal, GCASH, and credit card.
Please give is 24-48 hours to process your payments upon ordering.
> What is your shipping policy?
We have a packing and shipping day every week. Tracking numbers will be provided for each order to ensure delivery and receipt.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a proper location, as once the package has been delivered to the indicated location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We ship to the Philippines and to the following countries: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States, and Vietnam. We charge a flat rate for international orders.

> What is your return/exchange policy?
For orders in the Philippines - Items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Please send us an email at email@example.com with the subject RETURN/EXCHANGE within 24-48 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for return costs and succeeding shipping. Please return the item/s in its original packaging within 5 days from item delivery date.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged.
Before we ship items out, we make sure that they are in the most ideal condition. We go through a quality control process. In case of damage, please contact the carrier.
For international orders - We accept returns, to be refunded in the form credits once we get the item back. Customers are responsible for return costs and succeeding shipping. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject RETURN/EXCHANGE within 24-48 hours of receipt. Concerns about product quality are subject to inspection and evaluation.
